1. Sparkling Water. Adding lemon, lime, pineapple with mint leaves, cucumber with mint leaves or other fruits or herbs to plain sparkling water, or sparkling water containing only natural flavors (no artificial sweeteners) is a great choice! Our favorites are LaCroix, Bubly, Crystal Geyser, and Poland Spring Sparkling Waters.

2. Fruit Smoothies such as the berry, chia, mint smoothie, the silky skin smoothie, the strawberry kiwi smoothie, and others, if used as a meal or snack replacement.

3. Tea.

4. Fat free milk and almond milk.

5. Coconut Water.

6. Coffee.
